InConnect connects you directly with the patient management systems of our hospital partners helping doctors to seamlessly connect with their patients over a high-quality video call on
the app.
How does a virtual doctor visit happen?
1. The patient receives a message and a notification from the care partner notifying the appointment
time. A patient can also find his upcoming appointment on the app home page
2. Patient clicks on the joining link a few minutes before the appointment time
3. The patient is redirected to the Virtual Waiting room - waits for the MA (Medical Assistant to join
4. Medical Assistant joins the room and prepares the patient for the virtual consult
5. Once the patient is ready, she is redirected to the doctor – the doctor joins the call and the virtual visit
starts.
VIRTUAL DOCTOR VISITS ARE 100% CONFIDENTIAL - we take privacy very seriously. Your
visit with the doctor is confidential and HIPAA compliant.
B. Communicate directly with doctors post-visit via Messages
What happens after the virtual visit?
1. Doctors or care providers can send care-instructions (related to medication, health-tips,
exercise routines, etc) via the app’s secure messaging system.
2. Patients can also post their follow-up queries, doubts or seek clarification on any medical
matter by replying to the messages sent by the doctor or care-provider
C. Health Tab - Health tab let’s the users set reminders for their medications and let’s them sync their health data from wearables like Apple Watch, Fitbit and also connect their health data on Apple health. This will help in proactive health care. All this data is captured after the consent of the user at every step.
